信州のりんごにシナモンなどのスパイスと
レーズンを詰めて香りを閉じ込め、タンドーリ窯で
じっくりと焼いた焼きリンゴの冷たいデザートです。
今年は干ばつの影響でりんごの出来が小さめですが、
甘みと酸味が凝縮し、さらにおいしくなりました！

Baked Apple with Ice Cream
We use only the best quality apples direct from a Nagano orchard
and the finest cinnamon from India. The apples are grilled
in our tandoori oven and served with vanilla ice cream.
