ミヤマシジミ米は、長野県の清らかな水と昼夜の寒暖差に恵まれた自然豊かな土地で育ったお米です。
名前の由来は、地域に生息する国蝶「ミヤマシジミ」。
自然と共生する農法で大切に育てられ、つややかで粒立ちがよく、炊き上がりはふっくら。
口に含むとやさしい甘みと香りが広がります。

Miyamashijimi Rice is grown in Nagano, blessed with pure water and rich nature created by the difference between warm days and cool nights.
Cultivated with farming methods in harmony with nature, the grains are glossy, plump, and fluffy when cooked.
